Appointment booking recovery
The Web and embedded appointment form now retains an encrypted record before submitting a direct booking. If the response is lost, refreshing the page offers the same booking to check instead of starting another one. Contact details and notes are not stored as readable browser text. If recovery storage cannot be verified, the form explains the problem and stops before a new submission.

Gift-recipient email/SMS is production-runtime-only; staging, development and unknown deployment identity remain held even if provider credentials exist. This does not turn staging into a sandbox for ordinary or giver notifications.
