Recurring gift confirmation recovery

Recurring gift confirmation keeps the original saved-card setup and distinguishes giver confirmation from recipient delivery, without collecting another payment.

# Recurring gift confirmation recovery

Confirming a giver-funded recurring gift saves a card; it does not collect a
payment. Repeating confirmation keeps the original gift, funding link, customer,
saved card and SetupIntent. The sender-enabled source resumes recipient delivery
through its separate durable authority; the giver's confirmation remains independent.
Deployment requires the reviewed cutover gates. If a same-schema recipient pause
is restored, giver confirmation can still complete independently.

New giver confirmations use the existing immutable receipt destination and
delivery claim. They explicitly say no payment was collected. A provider request
with an unknown outcome is held for reconciliation, never automatically sent
again. Pre-upgrade gifts without an original giver destination remain preserved
and require reconciliation; today's profile email is not a substitute.

The original confirmation can be checked again. A held, processing or
reconciliation result never means a new checkout is needed. Existing paid gift
balances, redemption rights and ordinary payment receipts remain available.
The ordinary gift receipt now distinguishes its payment confirmation from the
separate recipient delivery outcome.
An older prepared receipt that explicitly claims recipient email without proven
original delivery is held for reconciliation before it can send. Its saved
content is preserved; current valid receipts continue normally.

This source change does not enable a recurring-gift feature or payment switch,
apply a migration, release the recipient hold, or prove provider delivery.
