Workshop Focus
Yogic Texts: Study of The Bhagavad Gita and The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, including teachings on self-discipline and stillness of mind.
Introduction to Sanskrit: Key yoga terms and pose names, to honour tradition with clarity and confidence.
Modern Application of Philosophy: Weaving ethical and philosophical themes naturally into asana classes.
Authentic Teaching Voice: How philosophy shapes your communication, confidence, and class presence.
