You can request permanent deletion of your Yoga Bible account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. When you confirm deletion in the app, access to the account is disabled and you are signed out immediately. We then process the erasure request within 30 days. You can start from inside the app or submit a web request below.

You don't need the app to delete your account. Submit a privacy request and choose Erasure (“delete my data”). To prevent unauthorized requests, we email a confirmation link to your address — click it within 7 days to start the erasure. We respond within 30 days (GDPR Art. 12(3)).
Submit an erasure requestDuring fulfillment, your account profile, contact details, and other personal data tied to your account are erased or anonymised. A limited set of records that we are legally required to keep are restricted and then deleted: accounting records (invoices and payments) are kept for 5 years from the end of the financial year they relate to, as required by the Danish Bookkeeping Act (bogføringsloven).
